Thai Massage & Bodywork
Thai Bodywork/ Thai Massage & Assisted Stretching in Scandia. Serving the St. Croix River Valley, Lindstrom, and Forest Lake area.
Thai Massage & Bodywork is a traditional form of hands-on bodywork that blends rhythmic pressure with assisted stretching to help the body release tension, improve mobility, and feel more open and balanced.Sessions take place fully clothed on a comfortable mat, where Bethany works with the body using her hands, thumbs, forearms, and gentle body weight. Pressure is applied along traditional energy pathways (often referred to as sen lines or meridians) while the body is guided through slow, supported stretches that encourage ease in the muscles and joints. The experience is often described as a combination of massage, stretching, compression, and mindful movement that supports circulation, range of motion, and an overall sense of spaciousness in the body.Sessions are offered in 60- and 90-minute appointments. The 60-minute session provides focused work on areas such as the hips, back, and shoulders, while the 90-minute session allows time for a more complete full-body massage experience and is often the best choice for those who would like the full benefits of Thai Bodywork. No flexibility or prior experience is required. Simply wear comfortable clothing and allow the session to meet your body where it is.Sessions are offered at Raw Emerald Yoga in Scandia, Minnesota with Bethany or Jen.Thai Massage & Bodywork offered at Raw Emerald Yoga is a traditional wellness practice intended to support relaxation, mobility, and general well-being.Traditional Thai Massage & Bodywork and assisted stretching is now available at Raw Emerald Yoga in Scandia, Minnesota.PRICING:

Many of our teachers and members have walked through grief, loss, positive growth, and profound life change. That lived experience creates a space grounded in humility, steadiness, and genuine care. Here, you are not asked to perform or push. You are invited to breathe, to soften, to rebuild strength at your own pace. You are welcomed exactly as you are — and supported every step of the way.

Clare is a passionate and energetic wellness enthusiast with a deep love for movement and fitness. Over the years, she has explored a variety of exercise modalities, including yoga, running, HIIT, kickboxing, and strength training. With two years of experience teaching kickboxing cardio classes, she is excited to return to instructing and share her expertise. She enjoys blending different types of movement to engage the entire body, ensuring a well-rounded workout that meets individual needs. She is dedicated to creating dynamic and effective classes tailored to all fitness levels. As a certified American Barre Technique instructor, she brings a strong foundation in strength, flexibility, and endurance to her teaching style.

Meet Melissa: I found barre through my love of movement and my background in dance, and what started as a fun challenge quickly became something I wanted to share with others. Barre feels like the perfect blend of strength, grace, and presence—and teaching it allows me to help others feel strong in their bodies while meeting themselves exactly where they are.Alongside barre, I love practicing yoga and incorporating mindful movement into everyday life. I’m a mom to two boys and also a loss mom. After losing my son last year, movement became a vital part of my healing. Yoga, walking, barre, crafting, and spending time with family have all helped me reconnect with myself and find moments of peace and strength again. My classes are rooted in compassion, encouragement, and the belief that movement can be both empowering and healing. Whether you’re here to build strength, breathe, or simply take time for yourself, you are always welcome.

Laura completed her yoga teacher training in Thailand early 2019 and has been teaching vinyasa, restorative and hatha since. She has received additional certifications in trauma-informed yoga, chair yoga and hot yoga as well. Beyond teaching at studios, she loves to curate beautiful spaces and experiences for women to come back home into their body, heart and soul. She runs her own business, Love Centered Healing, and supports women on their healing journey of the mind, body and soul through emotional embodiment and mindset coaching, reiki, and online group programs. She would love to welcome you to a women's circle, cacao ceremony, sound bath or global retreat! She is a lover of nature and all things outdoors, finds joy in cooking and sharing healthy meals with loved ones, and snuggles with her 15 year old lab mix, Gracie, as often as she can. She can't wait to meet you!

& Donation Class
Coming up on September 19th - A donation class that will benefit the Christopher Ryan Foundation.
YogaMore information about that nonprofit and how to give:
The Christopher Ryan Foundation exists to walk alongside individuals and families experiencing grief after loss. While our organization began by supporting families raising children with disabilities, Christopher’s life and legacy have led us to a deeper calling: helping families navigate the profound grief that follows loss.Through compassionate community, meaningful resources, remembrance opportunities, and peer support, we strive to ensure that no grieving family has to carry their loss alone. We believe grief is not something to fix or overcome, but something to be witnessed, honored, and carried together.
Thanksgiving Donation Classes
We will be hosting another Thanksgiving donation class that will benefit the ILTF. Please check back closer to Thanksgiving. For more information about the Indian Land Tenure Foundation and to donate directly to them, follow the link below.
