Thai Bodywork/ Thai Massage & Assisted Stretching in Scandia. Serving the St. Croix River Valley, Lindstrom, and Forest Lake area.
Thai Massage & Bodywork is a traditional form of hands-on bodywork that blends rhythmic pressure with assisted stretching to help the body release tension, improve mobility, and feel more open and balanced.Sessions take place fully clothed on a comfortable mat, where Bethany works with the body using her hands, thumbs, forearms, and gentle body weight. Pressure is applied along traditional energy pathways (often referred to as sen lines or meridians) while the body is guided through slow, supported stretches that encourage ease in the muscles and joints. The experience is often described as a combination of massage, stretching, compression, and mindful movement that supports circulation, range of motion, and an overall sense of spaciousness in the body.Sessions are offered in 60- and 90-minute appointments. The 60-minute session provides focused work on areas such as the hips, back, and shoulders, while the 90-minute session allows time for a more complete full-body massage experience and is often the best choice for those who would like the full benefits of Thai Bodywork. No flexibility or prior experience is required. Simply wear comfortable clothing and allow the session to meet your body where it is.Sessions are offered at Raw Emerald Yoga in Scandia, Minnesota with Bethany or Jen.Thai Massage & Bodywork offered at Raw Emerald Yoga is a traditional wellness practice intended to support relaxation, mobility, and general well-being.Traditional Thai Massage & Bodywork and assisted stretching is now available at Raw Emerald Yoga in Scandia, Minnesota.

I found barre through my love of movement and my background in dance, and what started as a fun challenge quickly became something I wanted to share with others. Barre feels like the perfect blend of strength, grace, and presence—and teaching it allows me to help others feel strong in their bodies while meeting themselves exactly where they are.Alongside barre, I love practicing yoga and incorporating mindful movement into everyday life. I’m a mom to two boys and also a loss mom. After losing my son last year, movement became a vital part of my healing. Yoga, walking, barre, crafting, and spending time with family have all helped me reconnect with myself and find moments of peace and strength again. My classes are rooted in compassion, encouragement, and the belief that movement can be both empowering and healing. Whether you’re here to build strength, breathe, or simply take time for yourself, you are always welcome.
